No! Massages do not need to hurt. I will check in with you to see your comfort level and ensure I'm working within your tolerance. Therapeutic massage does not need to hurt in order to be effective.

No. I will work with your comfort level. If you prefer to leave your clothes on, I can work over your clothes. If you prefer to have massage directly on the skin, you can remove some articles of clothing.

Yes. I use the draping standards of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. I will only undrape the area of your body that I am working on and there is always a blanket on the table to keep you warm.

No. While I appreciate you wanting to keep your appointment, I want to ensure that my space stays germ free for my clients, my own self and my coworkers. If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

Yes, as a Registered Massage Therapist, my massage treatments are covered by many insurance companies and extended health benefits programs.

Yes, I direct bill most insurance companies. Check with me if I can bill your specific insurance company.

Yes, I have two cats. They are NOT allowed in the clinic space at anytime.

No, you do not need your health card, although we will talk through some of your health history and other information before we begin.
