CANCELLATION POLICY

If you're unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact Dianna by phone, text, or email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel. If less than 24 hours notice is given to Dianna, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged to the patient. No other bookings will be made until the fee is paid.

Section 2

NO SHOW POLICY

No-shows will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost. No other bookings will be made until the fee is paid.
