CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you're unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact Dianna by phone call, text, or email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel. If notification of cancellation is less than 24 hours, the missed appointment policy will apply.

Section 2

MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY

Dianna and most other Massage Therapists get paid when they deliver treatment. A missed appointment leaves booking opportunities open and prevents Dianna from providing treatment to other clients. As such, if you do not show for your scheduled appointment, and have not notified Dianna of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment as booked.
